Absolutely! All our Mitel phones are pre-configured and tested with our VoIP platform. You plug them in, and they work immediately (Plug & Play). No technical configuration required.
We ship within 48 business hours throughout mainland France. Standard delivery in 3-5 days, or express in 24h on request. All our packages are tracked and insured.
All our phones benefit from Mitel manufacturer warranty of 2 years. In case of problems, we handle the after-sales service and provide you with a replacement device within 48h if necessary.
Phones work with PoE (Power over Ethernet) technology: a single network cable is enough for power and connection. If your switch does not support PoE, we offer adapters at €18.
Yes! All our models have an RJ9 headset port. High-end models (6869i and above) are also Bluetooth compatible to use wireless headsets.
You benefit from 14 days withdrawal period. If the product does not suit you, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
